Support : Account Maintenance : Electronic Invoices Electronic Invoices from Dialog We are pleased to offer you the option of downloading your Dialog invoice in PDF format. This service provides you with a web address to download your invoice for the current month. You will receive an email with a link that says "View My Invoice". Once you have viewed your invoice, you will have two weeks to save and/or print the invoice; the link will no longer be valid after two weeks. Should you need historical data in this format, please contact the Dialog Accounts Receivable Department at , who can assist you with your request. If you would like to begin receiving your invoice through this new process, please send an email with your account number to , and specify if you would like the full detail invoice. If you do not want the full detail invoice please specify which reports you would like to receive on a monthly basis to . This enhancement to our billing service allows you to receive your Dialog invoice faster and gives you the option to select the reports you would like to receive. You also can choose to discontinue receiving the paper invoice that is currently mailed to you, if you would like to discontinue your paper invoice please email the Dialog Billing Department at . |
