PsycINFO Updated with New and Revised Fields PsycINFO® (File 11) has been reloaded for 2007 with a few changes to help you pinpoint exactly the information you need more easily. For example, you can now search with additional document types, by a 10- or 13-digit ISBN number and by Other Publisher to obtain addresses and Other Serial Title, both especially useful if the publisher or journal name has changed. PsycINFO is a bibliographic database that provides citations with abstracts to the scholarly literature in the psychological, social, behavioral, and health sciences. The database contains more than 2.2 million records spanning 1806 to the present. Journal coverage includes material selected from approximately 2,050 periodicals. Also included are chapter, book and dissertation coverage. Approximately 8.1 million cited references are being added annually through weekly updates. For more information, check the Bluesheet. Frost & Sullivan Market Engineering Database Reloaded with New Content Frost & Sullivan Market Engineering (File 767) contains in-depth analyses and forecasts of market trends in 11 industries. With the recent reload to the file, records now include tables, charts, figures, spreadsheets and Microsoft® PowerPoint presentations. In DialogClassic Web™, DialogLink 5 and DialogWeb, you can view the images displayed within the record. In Dialog Classic products, records will contain URLs to the images. In addition to images, some records have attachments (e.g., Microsoft® Excel Spreadsheets) that can be downloaded to your computer. In addition, the file is now updating daily beginning in September 2007. Check the Dialog Bluesheet for more information. INPADOC Enhanced with New Content, Indexing and Format Options INPADOC/Patent Family and Legal Status (File 345), a comprehensive resource of approximately 62 million patents represented in 34 million patent families from more than 80 countries and patenting organizations, has been enhanced with extended content, additional search capabilities and more comprehensive results for searchers. As part of these new enhancements, new report templates have been created for DialogLink 5 to accommodate the changes to the INPADOC database. The new report templates are available for download. Please note that any existing templates will not work with the new database structure. Check the Dialog web site for all the details on the changes. Two New European Trademarks Files Added to Dialog Collection Two new trademark databases—TRADEMARKSCAN®—Latvia (File 697) and TRADEMARKSCAN®—Portugal (File 688) have joined the European trademark collection. File 697 provides information on 43,120 trademark registrations published since 1993 by the Latvian Trademark Office.
