Practice so that using Dialog commands and features becomes automatic.
- ONline Training And Practice (ONTAP) Databases: Use free of charge for a limited time. Call 1-800-3-Dialog or check the Dialog Customer Support Web site for current passwords.
- Review the basics of Classic Dialog by taking an Introductory Online Course or a recorded training course
- Check the Training Center for more tips and tricks.
2. Get Additional training.
- Sign up for a Web-based training seminar. Check the Training Web site for times. You can also download copies of training Workbooks in PDF format.
- Look at the Patents How Do I...? series
3. Get help.
- Contact the Dialog Knowledge Center help line: 1-800-334-2564 (North America), 00 800 33 34 2564 (outside North America). All others call your local office.
- Visite the Dialog Global Support Center for search aids, training materials, and information about what's new on Dialog.
- Look over the information included in Essential Tools for Intellectual Property Research for details on Dialog, other training options, system documentation, special features, and managing your Dialog account.
