Displaying Records
I want to view records from Set 4, which contains the combined sets from my search. Brian wants a brief listing of results so I will use the SHORT format. This way he will also get a listing of the Descriptors, which may give him some more ideas for searches.
It is often a good idea to display a few records in FREE or SHORT format before typing out complete records to make sure the search has retrieved relevant records.
To display records, we
- Choose a format from the drop-down list
- Indicate the number of records to display. The default is 10 records. A maximum of 99 records can be specified.
- Click
for the appropriate set.
