Determining Trademark Ownership (cont'd)
After reviewing the preliminary research, we now want to learn more about Kirkbi, a company involved with Legoland. We saw in the earlier searches that the company Kirkbi is a Swiss company and appears to be one of the owners of the trademark. Let's take a look at this company first.
Dialog has trademark databases from many non-U.S. countries, plus the International Register and Community trademarks filed with the Office of Harmonisation in the Internal Market. We can use the file group-EUROTMKS-to search all of these European trademarks for Kirkbi to find out what marks they might be planning to register in the future.
