Refining Trademark Searches (cont'd)
In Lesson 3 we reviewed the trademarks that Kirkbi currently owns and are pending. We now want to review the company's entire trademark portfolio and see those that are in the area of toys. This will let us know if they are planning work in this area.
We will start our search again in the EUROTMKS OneSearch® category to obtain all of the trademarks that Kirkbi owns as listed in the European databases.

Next, we use the Owner prefix (OW=) to SELECT the owner Kirkbi.

This search will retrieve all trademarks that Kirkbi has ever owned as listed in the European trademark databases.
Note that Kirkbi owns 657 trademarks. Now we want to narrow our search.
