Using the ..END Command in Dialog DataStar

It is possible to search for documents up to a certain date on Dialog DataStar Classic or Dialog DataStar Classic on the Web by beginning your search with the command ..END along with a specific date or time period. It works on the update date found in the AN paragraph and can be used simultaneously with ..START. Always verify the coverage of the database before entering this command.

Examples:

    ..end JAN 2004
    ..end 5D
    ..end 1W
    ..end 20031015
