New year, new content and new DialogLink! This issue includes a preview of the exciting new features in DialogLink 5 to make searching easier, enhance chemical searching by using chemical structures and links to help, search tips and more during the search process.

New content provides more comprehensive coverage of China, Australia and New Zealand. In addition, databases like FDAnews provide much needed regulatory information for the pharmaceutical industry, and the Derwent Chemistry Resource database helps coordinate pharmaceutical and patent searching.

And, just a reminder: Dialog and SLA are partnering to offer the Quantum² Community of Practice dedicated to leadership development for information professionals. Quantum² members are invited to join to share ideas and best practices for topics such as defining the value of information services and gaining visibility with management.
